The purpose of this role is to provide real-world experience, learning industry technical and professional skills, abilities and activities to contribute to the Dentsu network. **Job Description:** Do you want to learn how creativity, data and technology come together in marketing? Are you curious, creative and always online? Do you not only want to create content, but also understand why it works? And would you like to do that at an international marketing and CXM-agency where innovation and AI play a major role? Then this Marketing & Communication internship at Merkle Netherlands is for you. **What will you do?** As a Marketing & Communication intern, you will be fully involved in our marketing team. You will have the opportunity to discover different sides of (digital) marketing and develop yourself quickly. · You manage our social media channels from A to Z: from content planning to posting and optimization; · You write catchy social copy and create visuals (experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe or CapCut is a plus – but we also like to teach you); · You keep our internal digital signage-system up-to-date, so that colleagues always know what is going on; · You work together with colleagues from the Netherlands and other countries within Merkle and dentsu; · You will help organize (online and offline) events, such as Agency at Night – from concept to execution; · You monitor and analyze marketing results (such as reach, engagement and growth) and learn how data makes marketing smarter; · You will develop your marketing and AI-skills through training courses and modules from our knowledge base; **Your ideas count** Do you have a creative idea for content, a new format or smart use of AI?
