Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. ## **Project Title** Smart Manufacturing Automation and Reporting Optimisation for Wet Process Manufacturing ## **Project Overview** The aim of this project is to leverage data analytics, AI, and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency within Wet Process manufacturing operations in Micron Fab 10. With increasing adoption of smart manufacturing and AI‑enabled applications, this project focuses on reducing manual reporting, enhancing equipment and workstation visibility, and improving preventive maintenance planning. The intern will be exposed to a live semiconductor fabrication environment and will work on real manufacturing data, automation tools, and AI‑enabled solutions. The project also includes participation in an advanced initiative on nozzle liquid dispense dripping detection, combining IoT, hardware, and analytics to enable first‑of‑a‑kind detection capability in Micron sites. ## **Objectives** • To automate manufacturing data reporting and reduce manual touchpoints • To develop data analytics dashboards for Wet Process workstation and equipment status • To improve workflow efficiency through AI‑enabled manufacturing tools • To support preventive maintenance scheduling using data‑driven insights • To contribute to nozzle liquid dispense dripping detection using IoT and analytics ## **Scope** **• Data Collection:** Identify relevant manufacturing, equipment, and workstation data sources and set up data extraction using SQL and existing systems. **• Repo
