ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The student intern will support the team through the following: * Assist in design and development of manual or automated tooling fixtures under engineer supervision. * Support engineering evaluations: tolerance checks, GR&R, basic DOE activities, and data collection. * Help prepare technical documentation: drawings, BOM updates, preventive maintenance sheets, setup sheets. * Support engineers in vendor coordination activities (follow-ups, data preparation, receiving samples). * Collect and analyze production or lab data to support tooling improvement projects. * Assist in preparing review materials (TDRD, FMEA, concept review slides). * Support eTRF/ePDM updates and digital document organization. * Provide hands-on assistance in lab prototypes, basic assembly, simple measurements, and test preparation. * Coordinate logistics for small builds or prototype parts. * Perform other tasks as as
