As Intern - Lean Manufacturing you will be a member of the Continuous Improvement team and you will take part in expanding problem-solving methodologies within Daily Shop Management. This role includes ensuring the implementation of improvement activities identified through Kaizen events or Value Stream Mapping activities. # **Job Description** _**Essential Responsibilities**_ * Promote and support problem solving within Daily Shop Management framework * Update Production Cells Boards and monitoring of related standard work * Support activities of Lean Manufacturing on Value Stream Mapping in order to identify opportunities and take part in Kaizen Events in order to turn these opportunities into reality * Support specific Kaizen as 5S, Re-layout, Levelling, Process Improvements, Simplifications, Waterspider System Implementation, Visual Management, Cell Design * Serve as a change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma initiatives * Support colleagues on Lean Six Sigma methodology and its application * Share and institutionalize best practices ac
