What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with a proactive attitude, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Analytical mindset with the ability to assist in data collection and reporting to support recruitment strategy, Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills within talent acquisition and HR operations, passion and interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement, Creative mindset with the ability to support the development of engaging content for social media, career sites, and other employer branding activities, Understanding of social media platforms and ability to assist in managing content calendars or campaigns, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support multiple projects simultaneously, Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) or HRIS is a plus, familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. , Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a plus, Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and human resources is an advantage
