This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in daily operations through the employee lifecycle within a dynamic manufacturing environment. # **Job Description** Job Responsibilities * Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing documentation and conducting initial orientations. * Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR projects. * Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. * Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
