We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable._” **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** **WHAT YOU WILL DO** : * Manage the e-stamping process for a range of agreements and contractual documents. * Support the Talent Acquisition team in internship hiring activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling. * Assist the Industrial Relations team in updating employee information in Workday. * Coordinate meeting arrangements, scheduling, documentation and preparation of related documents. * Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time. **REQUIREMENTS:** **WHO YOU ARE:** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information professionally. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
