Full Job Description

TxDOT Public Transportation Division is looking for a graduate-level intern to support statewide - bicycle and pedestrian initiatives. The intern would assist TxDOT in two primary areas: 1) activities to support implementation of statewide active transportation plan and 2) GIS analysis, including compiling and analyzing bicycle and pedestrian data, and developing GIS maps. In this role, the intern would be exposed to current active transportation planning efforts, transportation funding, and project development processes, working closely with a small, dynamic team. The position would be part-time year-round beginning in summer or fall at the Department’s Division Headquarters in South Austin. 15.54 22.76
