Nice to Have
Familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce or Power BI
What You'll Do.
Handle all requests in relation to order placement
Develop and maintain business partnership with customer
Proactively monitoring and communicating changes in customer demand
Manage escalations effectively by engaging/leading discussions
Follow business controls per policies and procedures
Global understanding of customer demands
Support the team with ongoing projects
Support in an administrative/reporting function
Support to enable sales to focus on design
Coordinate with sales team members to ensure goals/KPIs are met

Team & Collaboration
Develop and maintain business partnership with customer, sales, planning and operation teams with proactive collaboration and communication; Work directly with account managers and a multinational team of Customer Service Operators worldwide; Coordinate with sales team members
