We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. ****Responsibilities**** * **Responsible for preparing KPIs related to Incidents, Requests, Changes, Problems, and Major Incidents across all Technology projects.** * **Coordinate with the respective Service Delivery Manager / Coordinator for each team (Security, Smart Office, Infrastructure) to gather analysis regarding any discrepancies in KPI trends.** * **Compile SLA Violation KPIs and the corresponding justifications for trend deviations.** * **Manage the Service Catalog (including adding, deleting, or modifying services) and ensure these changes are accurately reflected in JIRA ticketing tool (Coordinate with JIRA team).** * **Prepare a monthly presentation, which will be based on the established KPIs and their accompanying analysis.** * **Problem Management includes ensuring that every major incident is formally documented in ISQC and that the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle has been successfully executed.** * **Address first level escalations related to performance of deliverables.** * **Identify and highlight the automation possibilities on routine tasks.** **Job:** IS Trainee/Apprentice/VIE **Organization:** IT Solution Center **Schedule:** Full time **Employee Status:** Trainee (Fixed Term) (Trainee) **Job Type:** Trainee / Internship **Job Posting Date:** 2026-06-11 _Join Us !
