You’ll have the opportunity to support routine accounting tasks, assist in preparing financial reports and gain insight into how sound financial practices drive organisational performance. **What you’ll be doing:** * Reconciling bank statements, maintaining transaction records, preparing payment lists, processing journal entries, and assisting with cash management * Supporting the Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset teams by registering and verifying vendor invoices, maintaining the fixed asset register, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing and investigating discrepancies * Supporting the Accounts Receivable team by preparing and sending customer invoices, reconciling accounts receivable and supporting billing enquiries * Maintaining financial documentation, assisting with audit preparation, contributing to other projects and coordinating with other departments **Who we’re looking for:** * University students, preferably studying Finance, Accounting, or related fields * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
