Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, Interest in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting, Basic understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow concepts, Comfortable working with numbers and performing variance and analytical analysis, Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e. g. formulas, data analysis, basic financial models), High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, High level of integrity with an understanding of internal controls and compliance standards
Nice to Have
Knowledge of financial systems or ERP tools (e. g. SAP, BISON, or similar) is an advantage, Communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
What You'll Do.
Support planning & forecasting analyst or finance controller
Manage preparation of annual and monthly forecasts
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare journal entries
Execute internal control
Prepare monthly finance reports
Provide support for CMF
Prepare monthly Sales
Prepare Cash Flow forecast
maintain financial models
Perform variance analysis
Submit CMF and ABP into BISON system
Provide Record to Report transaction processing support
Perform analytical review of P&L accounts
Perform analytical review of balance sheet
Perform cost center checks
Perform transaction posting checks
Review monthly balance sheet schedules
Liaise with stakeholders of balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure compliance to hub policies
Ensure compliance to local legal requirements
Ensure compliance to statutory requirements
Attend to stakeholder queries
Resolve stakeholder queries
