Create process flowcharts

Identify process gaps
Identify control weaknesses
Support development of dashboards
Support development of KPIs
Identify trends impacting payment delays
Identify trends impacting vendor performance
Support automation initiatives
Assist in reducing manual interventions
Assist in improving straight-through processing
Work on continuous improvement projects
Support adherence to AP policies
Support adherence to internal controls
Assist in reviewing exceptions
Assist in reviewing non-compliance cases
Help prepare documentation for audit
Help prepare documentation for internal reviews
