Must Have
Enrolled as BS or MS candidate in engineering course or at least final year in engineering course or similar field, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), data analytics tools, Only for Malaysian students
Nice to Have
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Management system, Environment Monitoring system, Basic knowledge in Civils, Plumbing, CCTV, Access card system, Data Analysis: SAP, Minitab, CAD: Solidworks, AutoCAD, Have interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, rigorous process discipline, Ability to adapt quickly to changes in daily work plans and unplanned issues on equipment, maintaining a focus on productivity without compromising safety or quality, Multi-language fluency preferred (English, Malay, Mandarin)
What You'll Do.
Ensure compliance with safety rules
Review contractor documents and reports
Update SOPs and checklist formats
Provide daily updates to facilities team
Assist job requests and vendor follow-up
Assist facilities team to troubleshoot and repair systems
Assist managing chiller and cooling tower operations
Assist root-cause investigations for equipment issues
Assist safety permits issuance and JHAs
Assist and involve in drill exercises
Analyze adverse trends and implement corrective actions
Monitor Cleanroom area standard activity
Monitor Solar energy systems
Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts
Learn and explore facilities equipment methodology
Perform other duties as requested

He/she will provide support to area/field being assigned and completed tasks assigned by Assistant Engineers/Engineers/Manager within our cross division. Through its OmniPod Insulin Management System, Insulet seeks to expand the use of insulin pump therapy among people with insulin-dependent diabetes. Insulet's Delivery Systems business also partners with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to tailor the OmniPod technology platform for the delivery of subcutaneous drugs across multiple therapeutic areas. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with safety rules, HR policies, Quality policies, and employee guidelines. * Tasks include reviewing the documents from our in-house contractors’ documents / reports. File-in accordingly and update SOP’s or checklist formats. * Provide daily update to facilities team (Assistant Engineer/ Engineer/ Manager). * Assist all job requests should attend to within 30min – 1-hour assessment and completed based on job criticality or type.
