Ship the solutions that change how the team operates.; Prototypes will go directly into production.; Directly accelerate cross-functional AI adoption across the company.; AI value is created at the point of use, not in the prototype.; Your work compounds across Proxima.

Identify the high-leverage opportunities where AI can replace, accelerate, or augment real workflows.; Find the problems worth solving.
20 hrs/week as a working student during the semester, or 3–6 months full-time as an intern., Munich, on-site.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Python, GenAI ecosystem, LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, MCP, automation tools, Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor / Copilot or LLM APIs
Nice to Have
experience with specific ML frameworks, cloud platform certs
What You'll Do.
Identify high-leverage opportunities where AI can replace
or augment real workflows.
Build lightweight AI solutions – agents
focused LLM workflows
and automations – in Python.
Plug tools into Proxima’s AI stack and host workstream’s own systems.
refine prompts and tools
and roll solutions out to the rest of the host team.
Document what you build
present at AI team reviews and company-wide Show & Tell sessions
and contribute to internal “how-to” guides.

Team & Collaboration
Embedded into one of our workstreams.; Technical mentorship from the Enterprise AI team.; Grow alongside other AI builders.; Work with people from different backgrounds (physicists, engineers, ops).
Communication Scope
Translate technical workflows into clear documentation.
