20 hrs/week as a working student during the semester, or 3–6 months full-time as an intern., Munich, on-site.

Must Have
Python, GenAI ecosystem, LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, MCP, automation tools, Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor / Copilot or LLM APIs
Nice to Have
experience with specific ML frameworks, cloud platform certs
What You'll Do.
Identify high-leverage opportunities where AI can replace
or augment real workflows.
Build lightweight AI solutions – agents
focused LLM workflows
and automations – in Python.
Plug tools into Proxima’s AI stack and host workstream’s own systems.
refine prompts and tools
and roll solutions out to the rest of the host team.
Document what you build
present at AI team reviews and company-wide Show & Tell sessions
and contribute to internal “how-to” guides.
