Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Game Design, or a related field, Software development skills (essential) - ability to independently write, debug, and deliver runnable code in JavaScript, AI-assisted programming (essential) - actively using AI programming tools to accelerate work, understanding prompt writing, output validation, and integration of AI-generated code, Multi-genre deep gamer (essential) - long-term player of multiple game genres, with Delta Force being a must-play, preferably also including MOBA, MMO, racing/simulation, fighting, or sandbox genres, Passion for gaming peripherals (essential) - extensive hands-on experience and clear opinions on gaming mice, keyboards, headsets, and controllers; ability to articulate reasons for 'right' or 'wrong' device design in specific genres, Ability to work onsite in Suzhou for 4-6 months, preferably full-time (at least 4 days per week), Curious, action-oriented, and willing to deliver 'rough but working' solutions - valuing learning speed over polish
