Must Have
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or equivalent experience in business, commerce, operations, mathematics, or related field, analytical skills with ability to deconstruct complex processes, Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities, Clear, proactive communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, Ability to create process documentation and workflow diagrams, Self‑directed learner with organizational skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Familiarity with supply chain or procurement operations, Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
What You'll Do.
Analyze end‑to‑end supply chain processes
Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Evaluate processes for AI enablement
Research market‑ready AI and digital tools
Gather requirements and define process improvements
Develop process maps and workflow diagrams
Assist with planning operational excellence initiatives
Support implementation of process improvement solutions
Develop internal controls and management reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
