Objetive: Provide operational support to the finance team by assisting in the daily execution of basic accounting and administrative tasks. This role is designed for students or recent graduates eager to learn core financial operations, gain hands-on experience, and provide essential support to senior staff in ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes. Main Responsibilities Billing Support: Assist in managing billing for clients and partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of documents. Operational Reporting: Collaborate in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales and income reports under supervision. Accounts Receivable Management: Support the tracking of accounts receivable and the recording of received payments. Accounting Support: Assist in basic account reconciliations and the maintenance of financial records. Audit Support: Assist in gathering, organizing, and preparing documentation required for financial audits. General Administrative Support: Collaborate with the team on administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency of daily financial processes. Required Knowledge and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Academic understanding of accounting or finance principles. Basic familiarity with Excel and interest in learning ERP systems. Strong analytical and communication skills. Eagerness to learn, collaborate
