Monitoring key performance metrics such as yield, cycle time, equipment health, and throughput requires manual data consolidation and analysis, which delays engineering response to performance deviations. In this project, the intern will design and develop an automated performance monitoring dashboard and data analytic tool to support the Test Engineering team's daily operational activities. The solution should cover data extraction, processing, visualization and analysis to enable faster engineering response to test floor performance trends. The intern will have the opportunity to learn semiconductor backend test manufacturing processes and memory testing methodologies, and apply programming and data analytics skills to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.
