What You'll Achieve.
Ensure clients are guided smoothly through the conveyancing process; Ensure an excellent customer experience; Ensure all required documents and information are received promptly; Ensure a smooth handover and case progression; Ensure all follow-ups are completed within agreed timelines; Update internal systems accurately; Maintain onboarding efficiency; Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
Industry & Context.
Working UK hours apply — 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Sri Lanka Time)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
spoken and written English communication skills, Confident speaking with clients over the phone and via email/message, Good organisational skills and attention to detail, Ability to guide clients through processes with patience and professionalism, follow-up and time management skills, Basic computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or similar platforms)
Nice to Have
Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
What You'll Do.
Assist with onboarding new clients
Guide clients through initial stages
Make outbound follow-up calls
Maintain regular communication with clients
Work closely with internal teams
Track onboarding progress
Help manage onboarding pipelines
Support weekend rota coverage
Deliver excellent customer service

Work closely with the sales, partnerships, and conveyancing teams
