You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to analyze equipment performance, identify potential issues before they happen, and contribute to solutions that improve reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance safety. **What You 'll Do** * Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and lubrication checks. * Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on production equipment. * Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. * Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA) sessions and document findings. * Help update and maintain maintenance records, work orders, and asset history in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams * To implement reliability improvement projects. **What You 'll Bring** * Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. * Strong analytical skills and a curiosity for how things work. * Basic understanding of maintenance principles and industrial equipment (coursework or prior exposure is a plus). * Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools. * A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment. **Why You
