**Team overview and job responsibilities** We are looking for an Intern to join the HR team. Based in La Rosa plant located in Mataderos, CABA. We will incorporate a proactive student who can quickly absorb, through internal training, the fundamental knowledge for the development of their work. Must have analytical and critical thinking about internal procedures. **Main responsibilities:** Candidate will cooperative and actively participate in: * Payroll updates * Management of onboarding processes * Employee assistance in general HR processes * Support to the team on matters related to the HR area **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for a student with the following skills and motivations: * University student of Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar * Advanced level of English * Good knowledge in Office pack * Workday software package preferable **Visión general del rol y responsabilidades** Buscamos un Pasante que se una al equipo de RRHH.
