The opportunity: This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agoda Supply Team Supply while working on a Japan localization research project for the Japan market. As a Japan Localization & Supply Operations Intern, you will support day-to-day operational tasks across different Supply functions and learn how Agoda manages hotel setup, onboarding, and platform readiness. In parallel, you will take ownership of a project focused on making Agoda’s platform more domestic-friendly for Japanese users. You will explore what makes the platform intuitive, relevant, and easy to use from a Japanese customer perspective, and present your findings and recommendations to the Japan leadership team at the end of the internship. This role is ideal for students who are curious, detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to learn how local market insight can connect with real business operations in one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies.
