During the internship, you will explore the following key areas: 1. Data Management & Reporting 2. HR operations (Recruitment & foreign worker management). 3. Process Improvement 4. Automation & Digitalization 5. Compliance & Documentation Learning Scope & Outcomes: 1. Builds foundation in operational workflow and compliance 2. Exposure to automated reporting processes 3. Support automation of administrative tasks and workflows 4. Involvement in process optimization projects ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel).
