You will ensure our accounting processes deliver exceptional impact through meticulous document handling, timely invoice processing, and effective communication in **Mandarin** — helping our global business units maintain the financial health required to deliver care to patients. ### **The Opportunity** * You **manage the full cycle of AP documentation** , from receiving and sorting to barcoding and pre-archiving, ensuring all records are ready for further processing. * You **validate and process** PO and contract-based invoices, Non-PO invoices, and prepayments with high attention to detail. * You **support financial accuracy** by reviewing supplier open items, investigating non-successful payments, and performing balance sheet account reconciliations. * You **contribute to month-end excellence** by participating in closing activities and preparing operational KPI reports based on affiliate requirements. * You **act as a bridge for our China stakeholders** , handling internal and external queries in **Mandarin** and building effective
