Must Have
6 month full-time internship commitment, Advanced English proficiency, Studies in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related fields, Advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas, Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, Engage with and present to senior leadership, Solutions-oriented approach
Nice to Have
Exposure to customer relationship operations or similar roles, Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
What You'll Do.
Perform administrative tasks
Ensure smooth functioning of revenue operations
Maintain seamless alignment between local and HQ databases
Review and address local team requests
Ensure prioritization and timely resolutions
Facilitate preparation and distribution of account management documents
Maintain and update internal spreadsheets
Update spreadsheets with key data and metrics
Identify opportunities to improve data management processes
Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy
Assist with bonus calculations
Ensure accuracy and adherence to established processes
Prepare reports on ticketing trends
Ensure all documentation is systematically filed
Make documentation easily accessible
Propose improvements to minimize workload
Boost operational efficiency
