What They're Looking For.
Must Have
fresh graduate, or a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field, proactive individual with a genuine passion for pursuing a career in Healthcare Policy, Access, or Public Affairs, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, basic IT skills, strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail, available to work fully on-site at the office every day, comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment, uphold high ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, thrive in a collaborative teamwork setting, minimum 6-month internship duration
What You'll Do.
supporting Roche Bangladesh Limited’s mission to shape the healthcare ecosystem
assisting in building strategic partnerships and navigating policy frameworks
coordinating partnerships and engagements with Development Organizations
Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs)
and Foundations to support access and policy initiatives
developing and maintaining strategic partnerships within government and industry to effectively communicate Roche’s positions
and managing key ecosystem stakeholders to ensure alignment with our corporate strategies
acting as a facilitator for collaboration between external stakeholders and internal Roche teams
broadening the company's corporate and non-governmental network through market analysis
executing day-to-day departmental operations
collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to build trusted internal and external partnerships
