What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Spanish Native speaker, full command of the English language, 5+ years of related work experience in urban design and master planning, Exceptional graphic communication skills, Proficiency in creating compelling and high-quality 3D renderings or sketches to effectively convey key experiences and spatial concepts, Site analysis experience with a territorial approach, identifying challenges, opportunities & key landscape differentiators, Able to produce design guidelines and material, color & plant palettes, Ability to deliver on time challenging projects and deadlines, Fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, In-Design and Photoshop) and SketchUp, Ability to work independently and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with multi-tasking and time management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in large architectural & urban design projects, Professional experience in GIS

Work with Urban Design and Master Planning team
Produce Landscape Architecture documents
Generate creative visioning ideas
Produce high quality 3D renderings or sketches
Assist in preparation of reports
Assist in writing proposals
Preparation of accurate drawings
Synthesize and conceptualize diagrams
Develop high-quality presentations
