What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in communication or related field, Equivalent combination of education and work experience, At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role, Writing, editing and proofreading skills, Experience adapting content for different audiences, Interpersonal and communication skills, Experience creating and managing content management user interface web accessibility, Experience creating and executing digital communications strategies, Experience creating and implementing social media plans, In-depth understanding of IT initiatives, Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, Experience and high comfort level in digital platforms, Experience coordinating initiatives, Ability to translate complex technology concepts, Tact, Bilingualism — English/French (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience in Value Realization, Experience supporting large, multi-stakeholder IT or digital transformation initiatives, Experience in creating videos in support of enablement and engagement plans
