Our software development teams are formed around a matrixed organization consisting of Release Trains & Chapters. Team members belong to a Chapter, in which skills, competencies, and standards are owned, solidified, and grown. They are also members of an Agile team where they utilize those skills and competencies to support the Train in the production and delivery of quality software. You’ll be part of a team building our next-generation services for commercial aviation customers.
