What You'll Do.
planning and scheduling assigned finished goods and/or subcomponents to ensure customer fill rate is maximized and expiry exposure minimized
Define optimum inventory levels
Create and maintain minimum 24-month supply plan including associated scenario planning and non-commercial demand
Work with Manufacturing to ensure supply plan and schedule optimizes manufacturing productivity
Communicate supply plan to key stakeholders including Manufacturing
Finance and Engineering
communicate and track weekly schedules including non-commercial builds and builds for custom orders
Communicate supply related issues to management and impacted areas
Monitor and analyze sales and inventory usage and adjust plan/schedule as required
Maintain accuracy of Planning information in MRP system
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in Planning and Scheduling processes
Review and update Planning and Scheduling SOPs to ensure accuracy
Safeguard the environment and facilitate a safe and healthy workplace culture
Support implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System
Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies
