We’re currently looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our Toronto studio. As a successful candidate, you have a keen eye for design, push the boundaries, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. ## How you'll make a difference Work with the interior design, architecture and engineering team to develop design solutions that are unique to each of our integrated projects  Communicate and coordinate required design through engagement and programming, concept/schematic design phases, space planning development, technical drawings and detailing from early conceptual stages through to final completion  Responsible for selection and specification of furniture, finishes, equipment, and accessories; and preparation of FF+E documents  Contribute and prepare presentations for internal and external meetings – render conceptual design ideas and prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings  Manages client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination  Assist with establishing and maintaining project budgeting and scheduling  Coordinate and/or undertake the p
