What You'll Do.
Provide services to University community
Answer general enquiries
Support clients in navigating processes
Enforce sector and University policies
Determine student eligibility for residence
Assess room assignments
Coordinate room changes
Coordinate extensions of stay
Coordinate acceptance of agreements
Coordinate termination of agreements
Coordinate temporary replacements
Coordinate crisis situation transfers
Assess student/short term client needs
Recommend accommodation type
Validate temporary student occupants
Manage registration of temporary students
Ensure occupancy conditions are met
Oversee access control
Explain flex/dining dollars
Upsell additional packages
Manage reception of lost cards
Initiate communications for lost cards
Register non-valid cards
Destroy non-valid cards
Distribute replacement cards
Print replacement cards
Verify student status
Validate government identification
Analyze personal information
Analyze confidential information
Validate student information
Follow up on information
