Must Have
5 + years of related experience, Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, intermediate knowledge of Windows Server and LINUX/UNIX/Solaris operating systems, intermediate knowledge of developing. NET Framework and. NET Core MVC applications written in C# programming language, intermediate knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases and their respective scripting languages, intermediate knowledge of managing Microsoft Azure PaaS cloud systems, DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Qualification Program requirements for Software Developer (DCWF 621), Intermediate level, US citizenship required, SECRET clearance, TOP Secret clearance
Nice to Have
10 years of experience and bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science, At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus
What You'll Do.
and maintenance of enterprise applications and associated databases
Follow all processes outlined in the Government‑approved CSD Software Development Plan (SDP)
Reference and comply with all Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and related documentation
Obtain Government Task Lead approval of preliminary system and database designs before beginning development
Inform the Government Task Lead of potential impacts of software changes
Participate in requirements discussions
Perform comprehensive and regression testing
Ensure application functionality
proper access controls
and full implementation of all requirements
Resolve software bugs according to approved project
Treat any unauthorized lack of requirement implementation as a bug requiring correction
Conduct application troubleshooting
Enter required software modifications into configuration management for release planning
Follow Government-led prioritization and versioning for all issues and modifications
and deployment activities are completed according to the approved project schedule
Test deployments in staging environments and report/document any issues within 24 hours
Manage application databases
cleanup of outdated items

Perform upgrades to website platforms
and development tools
Prepare database queries
and reports upon request
Implement all technical and security modifications required by the CSD SDP
Complete necessary RMF documentation to support certification and accreditation efforts
