Complete Risk and Control reports
Monitor Risk and Control reports
Perform daily pipeline review
Ensure loans reviewed within SLAs
Provide training support
Assist staff with escalations
Analyze quality results
Identify training opportunities
Determine potential solutions
Review mortgage loan documentation
Ensure data integrity
Review loan documents
Analyze income employment
Calculate complex income
Assist with fee calculations
Assist with APR Calculations
Assist with High-Cost calculations
Assist with QM classifications
Assist with disclosure timing
Assist with tolerance testing
Assist with Texas 50 (a)(6) testing
Communicate with partners
