3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Experience working on backend-focused, integration-heavy projects, understanding of APIs and backend integrations (requests, payloads, push/pull flows, API contracts), Ability to create and interpret technical and workflow diagrams, Experience contributing to product roadmaps, systems thinking and end-to-end process mindset, Experience managing cross-team dependencies and complex workflows, Ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements and facilitate technical discussions, Ownership, follow-through, and persistence in resolving dependencies and blockers, Proactivity, self-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, communication and stakeholder management skills, Upper-Intermediate+ English level

In this role, you’ll help improve merchant onboarding by simplifying and accelerating complex system integrations and workflows.
