We’re not just about insurance; we’re about making a real difference by protecting what matters most. **The opportunity** We are currently recruiting for an **Intermediate Account Administrator** in the Centralized Payment Unit (CPU) at head office in Markham, Ontario. The CPU Intermediate Account Administrator is responsible to process a variety of Preferred Vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate will maintain a portfolio of Premiere vendors, provide feedback to both internal/external customers, process a high volume of payments and may entail multiple lines of coverage provided by Aviva Canada. **What you’ll do** * Use Claims knowledge and experience to validate invoices and determine the appropriate coverage and payment coding to enter payment into ClaimCenter system. Find, log, and resolve any errors or discrepancies. * Respond to inquiries from vendors, examiners, and internal auditors and take action to ensure that each claim’s Premiere vendor payments are accurate and adhere to best practices. * Use analytical and creative problem solving to resolve outstanding invoices and escalate them to the appropriate action channel. * Adhere to service level agreements, as well as production and quality targets. * Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery and training. **What you’ll bring** * Minimum of 1 year experience working in the insurance industry * Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel (Use formulas, functions) is required * Intermediate Microsoft Access and database experience * Solid understanding o
