Complying with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines, the ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure that work is performed with a high level of quality and timeliness. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Commercial office space construction, including demolition work, steel stud framing, insulating, drywalling and painting. * Installation work, including modular carpet tile, baseboards, interior doors and window frames, and T-bar ceiling. * Ability to tape drywall would be an asset. **WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:** * Minimum five years of relevant experience with preference given to those that hold an ISM Alberta certified Journeyman certificate. * Must have the ability to be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. * Able to lift 30-50 pounds and stand, crouch and kneel for a long period of time. * Good sense of balance when working on scaffolding and ladders. * Ability to work independently and with others. * Must be computer literate and follow safety guidelines and procedures. * Experience in operating power tools. * Ability to solve arithmetic problems quickly and accurately. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
