What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Interior Design degree from CIDA Accredited Program, Minimum 2+ years of experience of relative interior design experience, Experience in application of interior design principles and theory, CAD, Revit, 3D computer modeling/Sketch-up, Excel, Word, Power Point
Nice to Have
CID/NCIDQ, LEED AP
What You'll Do.
Develop designs and plans for the interior of health and fitness facilities based on the needs of the client.
Creates functional and aesthetic designs that help boost productivity
attract customers and enhance spaces.
Directs Interiors Interns and Technicians within a project assignment.
Practical understanding of interior design including code compliance
and utilization of furnishings
fixtures and equipment
Provides programming and space planning analysis as needed
Independently prepares design plans (including elevations and details
reflected ceiling plans
finish selections plans
color plans and schedules) and prepares contract documents
Conducts site observations and documentation analysis during construction process as required
Reviews and processes project submittents
RFI’s and change management documents during construction administration as it relates to interior design and specifications
Creates accurate FF&E specification and coordination with FF&E Manager
