What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Engineering professional, experience in multi-package infrastructure or EPC projects, skilled in interface coordination, technical integration, stakeholder management, Minimum 5–10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure, Proven experience in multi-package / EPC projects with complex, understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering interfaces (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical), Ability to review and coordinate engineering drawings, specifications, and design, Knowledge of construction sequencing and site, Understanding of project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning), ability to manage cross-package coordination, Experience in interface risk identification, Ability to integrate interface activities into project schedules, organizational and issue-tracking capability, Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Ability to coordinate with Client representatives, Ability to coordinate with Contractors and subcontractors, Ability to coordinate with Design consultants, facilitation skills for interface meetings and conflict, Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, High attention to detail and structured, Proactive and problem-solving, coordination and teamwork, Ability to work under pressure in complex, fast-paced, Good judgement in escalating critical issues, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Ability to manage and maintain structured interface tracking logs, Fluent in English (written and spoken), Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is essential for local coordination
Nice to Have
exposure to marine/jetty or bulk handling facilities, Experience in marine, port, jetty, or bulk handling projects, Familiarity with conveyor systems, jetty structures, or offshore/onshore integration, Experience working in a PMC / consultancy role (e. g. Turner & Townsend environment), Basic knowledge of contracts (FIDIC), Experience with project management tools (e. g. Primavera P6, MS Project), Familiarity with document management systems (e. g. Aconex, SharePoint), Professional Engineer (PE/Ir. ), Project Management certification (e. g. PMP, PRINCE2), Basic HSSE awareness (K3), Mandarin Language

Integration between offshore jetty structures and onshore systems
Interface between conveyor system and ship loading facility
Coordination of marine logistics
