What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Substantial experience (3+ years) teaching Design, Art, and/or Coding full-time in a Secondary environment., Arts Education degree (Licenciatura Artes Visuais/Plásticas ou Educação Artística), OR a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, combined with a Brazilian Teaching License (Licenciatura) in any other area of knowledge., Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (formal and informal)., Deep individual creative potential and a firm foundation in art and design techniques., Expert at providing authentic, frequent, and meaningful feedback that helps students understand their own learning process and craftsmanship.

Infuse the curriculum with the richness of Brazilian artistic traditions
seamlessly blending local heritage with the global perspective of the Avenues World Elements.
Ensure that "beautiful work" is not kept within the classroom walls but is exhibited publicly and frequently
