managing the financial control processes, reporting and governance of FNZ Global Management; developing and maintaining a robust control environment around processes and outputs

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of full-time accounting experience, Prior experience of financial control processes in a multi-national group, experience of multi-currency environments, knowledge of IFRS, practical experience of applying IFRS, Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Accounting qualification preferrable (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), Czech fluency desirable
What You'll Do.
Own the Global Management intercompany matching and reconciliation process
Manage the Intellectual Property booking and reconciliation
Support the month-end close process for FNZ GM
including journal postings
balance sheet reconciliations and review
Assist with the preparation of monthly
quarterly and annual financial statements for FNZ GM in accordance with IFRS
Help prepare other financial outputs to support the directors with the governance of the FNZ GM entity
Provide input and work with FP&A colleagues as required to support annual budget cycle and forecast updates
Drive improvements to and standardisation of all FNZ GM owned processes
Ensure compliance with FNZ Group policies and procedures
Work closely with component teams across the Group to ensure financial reporting inputs for FNZ GM reporting are received in a consistent and timely manner
