Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or related field, 10+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and business intelligence, Experience with financial reporting, data warehousing, and BI tool architecture, Familiarity with SDLC or Agile methodologies, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong SQL knowledge

Expertise in State Street’s IRD platform, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting, 10 + years of experience in a data architecture or data modeling role, Experience in designing and implementing relational data models for a variety of data sets which include audit, time series, complex relationships, and high-volume, Experience and understanding of system performance and profiling techniques of complex data model for storage and consumption, Experience with PostgreSQL, Attunity Compose and Replicate, Strong Data warehousing Concepts, ETL tools like Pentaho Kettle, Exposure to the financial domain, Cloud Managed Services like AWS, Prior experience with State Street and Charles River Development ( CRD)

Designing and delivering dynamic client-facing reports via MyStateStreet
Serving as a subject matter expert in State Street’s Interactive Report Designer (IRD) platform
Developing reporting solutions that support global requirements across the CDFS domain
Leading the creation of reports for State Street’s Investment Services clients
Working closely with data experts and product teams to translate complex data into clear
actionable visualizations and reports
Design and develop reports using IRD and visualizations using Manage Card Designer (MCD)
Analyze large-scale datasets and contribute to data modelling and data mart design
Implement reporting and visualization solutions using BI suites such as Jasper
Apply SQL skills for data analysis
Act as a subject matter expert for IRD
supporting ad-hoc report creation and issue resolution
Stay current with Big Data platforms
and tools like Data Bricks
Analysis leading to successful delivery of Alpha to clients

State Street’s MyStateStreet Reporting Team provides a full suite of advanced reporting services to sophisticated investment managers. We aggregate data from multiple internal and external sources (IBOR, ABOR, CBOR, performance, market data vendors, client data, etc.) through robust workflows to produce client-ready reports. As a self-service reporting team, we tackle some of the bank’s most complex global reporting requirements. In this AVP, Report Development role, you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports) responsible for designing and delivering dynamic client-facing reports via MyStateStreet (State Street’s client web portal). You will serve as a subject matter expert in State Street’s Interactive Report Designer (IRD) platform, developing reporting solutions that support global requirements across the CDFS (Custody, Digital, and Fund Services) domain. Success in this role will be measured by timely, high-quality delivery of reporting products that meet diverse client needs. **Role Overview** The AVP will lead the creation of reports for State Street’s Investment Services clients. This includes working closely with data experts and product teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and reports.
