FCICM (or exam-complete) or equivalent, AHPRA Specialist Registration

Experienced in delivering high-quality ICU care, Skilled in communication and collaborative clinical practice, Enthusiastic about teaching and supporting junior staff, Interested in contributing to quality, safety, and service enhancement, Adaptable and confident working in a regional setting

Participating in a fair

Collaborating with ED

Communicating with patients and families with empathy and clarity

Engaging in clinical governance

and quality improvement programs

Supporting the development and continuous improvement of ICU services
