What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 + years of experience with technical and functional experience in hands on application support, administration, configurations, integration, enhancements, and project work, Experience using commercially available solutions UiPath and Microsoft Power Apps, Ability to analyze both technical and data problems then propose solutions, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates, Change control experience in an FDA regulated environment
Nice to Have
Masters degree, Experience with AI / Gen AI applications (LLMs, Prompt Engineering), technical experience in hands-on application administration and configuration of both on-premises and cloud delivered services, Experience in a fast-paced, global, corporate environment including the ability to manage expectations and facilitate prioritization efforts, Eagerness to learn new technology and processes, API and scripting experience, Willingness to work in shifts to support US business stakeholders

The role's responsibilities include the delivery and support of Intelligent Automation Solutions based on UiPath, OpenAI, PowerApps or related AI/Automation Tools.
