What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Active TS/SCI clearance required, 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath, intelligent automation platforms, or similar RPA/AI automation technologies, Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining unattended automations in production environments, Experience with VB. Net, C#, or Python for scripting and automation development, Working knowledge of SQL for automation-related data manipulation, problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve automation issues, Ability to create clear and organized technical documentation, Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, Ability to work on-site in Reston, VA, with occasional/ad hoc support at National Harbor, MD

Nice to Have

UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD), Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework, Exposure to AI integration, intelligent document processing, workflow orchestration, or generative AI technologies, Experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Process Mining, Experience with AWS Bedrock or other AI/LLM platforms, Python experience for data processing, AI integration, and automation support tasks, Prior experience supporting the Department of War (DOW) or Intelligence Community environments, Familiarity with NIST 800-53 security standards and automation compliance considerations, Experience integrating RESTful APIs into automation workflows, Experience supporting intelligent automation or AI transformation initiatives

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Contribute to continuous improvement

Ensure automation solutions align with requirements

Maintain organized documentation

Support quality assurance efforts
