Full Job Description

**Amentum** is seeking an Intelligence Research Analyst to support the Global Investigations Division ​ of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). This contract is in support of FinCEN’s work to combat financial crimes, including terrorist financing, proliferation financing, and complex money laundering schemes. The analyst would be expected to research and analyze complex intelligence and all-source information to identify individuals and entities involved in illicit activity, their sources and methods of financial, material, and logistical support. Specific details of this position's support to the effort are listed below. * Capable of uncovering and documenting hidden relationships between target individuals and entities * Create reports synthesizing all-source intelligence and information pertaining to such specific individuals and entities suspected of providing financial or other support. * Research new and evolving illicit finance methodologies and anti-money laundering regimes in targeted jurisdictions. * Create authoritative reports providing new insights which allow financial actions against high priority targets. * Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. * Demonstrate expertise in industry best practices and specific knowledge and experience in developing and applying reengineering methodologies to support development and implementation of operational policies and strategies. **_Required Qualifications:_** * Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience in strategic and/or tactical investigative support work * Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. * Experience with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources. * Experience with open-source research and analysis. * Ability to write high-quality intelligence products (that would be typical of the intelligence community) and briefings for a senior-level audience
