What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst and Technician in the U. S. government service, Experience using intelligence software and analytical tools, Experience with leadership in program management and organizational strategy, and leading at the Battalion, Brigade, Division, Corps, or Joint levels of operations, Experience serving as a Program Manager for programs such as the Army's Joint Intermediate Target Development Program, and leading strategic planning initiatives for intelligence organizations such as Army or Joint, driving long-term success, Knowledge of joint doctrine and targeting processes, Ability to instruct, mentor, and develop intelligence, fires, and targeting professionals, TS/SCI clearance, Associate’s degree in Intelligence Studies or Security, Intelligence Analysis or Program Management Certification, Completion of a Targeting Cycle and Software Applications Instructor Course such as the Joint Operational Fires and Effects Course
Nice to Have
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security, or a related field
