As an Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal supporting our US-based IP team, you will be trusted to manage IP-related operations, filings, and deadlines aligned with global IP regulations, while working from Poland in a global environment. **In this role, a typical day will include:** * Manage deadlines, filings, and documentation aligned with global IP requirements * Support IP prosecution activities, including tracking applications, filing submissions directly with USPTO and WIPO, and coordinating correspondence * Review and proofread IP-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance * Collaborate with US-based attorneys and global stakeholders * Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency ## ## **What You’ll Bring to Alcon:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field * **3 + years in IP paralegal role** or **5 + years in high-accuracy, deadline-driven role** * Experience with USPTO and WIPO filings is highly desirable * Understanding of **IP lifecycle** * Advanced **English** * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Strong proofreading and document review skills * Proficiency in MS Office * Creative, problem-solving mindset **HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:** * Opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in the field of (indirect) tax. * Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team * Very best working environment for our employees – Alcon Polska has been recognized as a Top Employer for the two years in a row *
